Eagvio is a software service that adds an AI-powered sales assistant to your business WhatsApp number. It answers customer questions, creates orders and sends payment links.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, price and stock information you provide.

You may not use the service to sell illegal goods or services, send spam, harass, or violate the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Customer payments go directly to your own payment account; Eagvio does not sit in the middle.

A subscription fee may apply for using the service. Plan and pricing details are set on the demo call.

The service relies on third parties such as WhatsApp / Meta and payment providers. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

The Eagvio software and brand belong to us. You are granted only a right to use the service.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end your access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
